HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS

APPLY online for our 2025-26 full-year cohort (September-May) 

MATCH with one of our STEM professionals in the field of your choice. 1:1 or group mentorship

CONNECT through one (or all!) of our program streams (mentorship, discovery, UNITY+) 

ENGAGE with our growing community of mentees and mentors from all across Canada!

GSM runs a year-long mentorship cohort across our eight locations:

Toronto, Kingston, Ottawa, Guelph, Hamilton, Niagara, Waterloo and Vancouver B.C.

Being a mentor for the GSM program has been one of the most rewarding experiences I've had. The students that I have mentored have been driven, strong, and inspiring, and I am very thankful that GSM program has given me the opportunity to be a part of their journey into STEM
